Tire Valve

Triton started manufacturing of “Tire Valves” in India since 1976. As tire technology changed and tubeless tires became the norm, Triton developed the technology and started manufacturing of “Tubeless Valves” in mass volumes from the early 2000s. Triton today, takes pride in being the first Indian company, and in many cases the only Indian company to achieve a Tier I approval for direct supply to vehicle OEMs in the country and overseas. Triton is a critical supplier to over 30 small and large vehicle manufacturers who produce scooters, motorcycles, passenger cars, trucks and buses. Triton also produces a wide variety of valves for “Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems” (TPMS).

Using its superior technology and experience in manufacturing valve cores, Triton also manufactures “charging valves and cores for automotive air-conditioners for passenger cars and buses”. Triton has been able to significantly improve first pass ratios and eliminate quality problems faced in the manufacture of the fluid transportation systems of vehicle air-conditioners.
